Is the app free to use?The app offers four plans: Free Plan – Includes up to 15 tracked leads per month at no cost. Light Plan – Tracks up to 60 leads per month and includes premium features. Pro Plan – Tracks up to 160 leads per month and includes premium features. Unlimited Plan – No restrictions on lead tracking, includes premium features + features requests.

Is the app GDPR-compliant?Yes, the app is fully compliant with GDPR regulations.

Does the app store any data about my website visitors?No, we do not store any visitor data on our end. The app temporarily saves tracking information in the user's browser only (session storage) and deletes it when the browser window is closed. This allows the app to retain UTM parameters if the user navigates to another page on your site and the parameters are removed from the URL, ensuring accurate tracking.

What UTM parameters does the app track?The app captures source, medium, content, term, campaign, GCLID, and additional parameters in future updates.

Can I export my lead tracking data?Yes, you can sync data to your CRM, receive it via email, or export it to Google Sheets. Please check our tutorials page form more information.

Does the app work with all forms?UTM Catcher works with both the old and new Wix forms. We are also working on expanding support for additional forms, including Wix Store checkout, Wix Bookings, Wix Events, and more.

How do I integrate the app with my CRM?You can configure the app to automatically send lead tracking data to your CRM for better attribution and lead management through the Automation page in your dashboard. For more details, please visit our Tutorial page.

What happens if I exceed my lead tracking limit?If you reach your monthly lead limit, tracking will pause until the next billing cycle unless you upgrade to a higher plan. A notification will be sent to the email associated with your Wix account when you have 20 leads remaining. You can always upgrade to a higher plan to continue tracking more leads.

Can I track Google Ads conversions with this app?Yes, the app tracks GCLID and UTM parameters to help you analyze Google Ads conversions and campaign effectiveness. To enable this feature, you need to activate the option from the app settings screen and add the corresponding field to your form (making sure to hide it).
